Perishable goods with a short shelf life.
(Chili sauces are generally not perishable within 14 days if unopened; if a tamper seal exists and is broken, the hygiene exception can apply.)
8. Returns Due to Defect / Non-conformity
You have statutory remedies for defects and non-conformity. We are liable for original defects for at least three (3) years from delivery. Contact us promptly if you discover an issue; we’ll repair/replace or refund according to the Act. These rights exist irrespective of any commercial guarantee.
9. Risk & Inspection
Risk passes on delivery. Please inspect items upon receipt and notify us of transport damage within a reasonable time.
10. Complaints Procedure
